Allison is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist passionate about promoting health through delicious foods and supporting sustainable and accessible systems. In her role as Wellness and Food Choice Architecture Manager with Yale Hospitality, Allison works with Yale students, faculty and staff providing food choices that are both healthy and appealing. She also works on menu oversight and design to support choices that are align with human and environmental health. Allison has extensive clinical and corporate nutrition experience having worked with numerous organizations and institutions throughout the country. She has specialized in Weight Management, Bariatric Nutrition, Oncology and Wellness based nutrition initiatives.
Allison completed her dietetic internship at New York Presbyterian: The University Hospitals of Cornell and Columbia and holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She is a member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, The Connecticut Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and both the Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Food and Culinary Professionals practice groups.
