Paul KingPaul King has been the master of ceremonies for the Chef Culinary Conference for the past 15 years. A foodservice journalist, he has covered the college dining segment for various trade publications for 35 years. Most recently, he was the editor for FoodService Director magazine. In 2015 he became a freelance writer, continuing to write about the foodservice industry. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, he recently wrote his first book, Iconic Pittsburgh: The City’s 30 Most Memorable People, Places & Things, published by The History Press. He lives in northern Vermont with his wife, Karen.
