Rochelle L’Italien MS, RDN, LD is the Registered Dietitian in Dining Services at the University of New Hampshire and has been in that role since 1992. She received her B.S. in nutrition with a minor in physical education from UNH in 1988. She completed her dietetic internship at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, MA and Master of Science with a specialization in nutrition education from Boston University in 1990. Rochelle is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and incorporates this speciality into her nutrition/wellness practice to creatively assist people in taking action toward their personal goals.
